I require a MINIMUM of 48 HOURS notice, to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, so I can have sufficient time to try to fill your spot/rearrange my schedule. *EFFECTIVE AS OF JANUARY 2024: I require ALL GUESTS to put a valid credit card on file, as well as leave a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, in order to schedule an appointment. I will not accept any appointments of 2+ hours in length, without a deposit. By doing so, you understand, and are in agreement with my cancellation policy. *IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE: A fee of 30% of the scheduled services will automatically be charged to your card on file, and you will lose your $75 deposit. It is at my discretion, if you will be able to reschedule another appointment or not. If so, there may be a 4-6 week wait for a new appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. *SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS: A fee of 100% of the scheduled services will automatically be charged to the card on file, and you will forfeit your $75 deposit. Any guest who repeatedly cancels last minute, may not be able to reschedule, at my discretion. No shows will not be able to reschedule. *COVID/SICK RELATED CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel due to Covid-related issues or illness, I am happy to reschedule your appointment. If it’s less than 48 hours, or same day, you will still be charged the corresponding cancellation fee that day (see above). However, I will credit the amount towards your rescheduled appt, as a ONE-TIME courtesy. If you choose not to reschedule, or cancel/reschedule more than once, you will forfeit the entire credited amount.
